Honest answers

The questions experienced coaches actually ask.

Why must I take Level 1 first if I am already an experienced coach?

Because PosiQuest is not a method you can teach from the outside. Our approach has a distinct philosophy, and to train others in it convincingly, you first experience it from within. Level 1 is not a repeat of your existing knowledge — it is how you come to embody the specific approach you will later teach.

Is this another certification-led program?

No. The focus is mastery, identity, and professional evolution — not adding another qualification to your bio. The ICF-accredited pathway provides a recognized framework, but what you are actually building is a coaching philosophy, a professional voice, and the capacity to develop other coaches.

How is this different from other coaching schools?

Most advanced coaching education focuses on technique and method. Very few programs work at the level of coaching identity and presence — and fewer still offer a structured, accredited pathway from practitioner to certified coach trainer. The integration of ancient wisdom, positive psychology, and a complete Level 1 to Trainer pathway is rare in this market.

What income pathways exist beyond client coaching?

ICF-accredited routes into mentor coaching, supervision, coach assessor roles, and certified coach trainer positions. These represent a structural expansion of your professional and financial model — beyond selling your time one client at a time.
