Frequently Asked Questions

Can I do this while working full-time?

Yes. The program is delivered in focused modules with live online sessions, designed to fit around a working professional's schedule. Most participants continue in their current role while they train.

Do I need prior coaching experience?

No. ICF Level 1 is a foundational program. What matters more is your life and professional experience — the instinct to listen, guide, and develop others. We meet you where you are.

Is the certification recognized internationally?

Yes. PosiQuest is ICF-accredited, and the ICF credential is recognized in 120+ countries — wherever your career takes you.

Will my experience count — or am I starting over?

It counts more than anything. PosiQuest is built for people who bring decades of life and professional wisdom. You're not starting over — you're turning the experience you already have into a new profession.

I'm already an experienced coach — is this just more techniques?

No. If you're already accredited, the Coach Trainer Pathway is about depth, not more technique — evolving from serving clients to mentoring, training, and developing other coaches. It's a different chapter, not a repeat of Level 1.

How do I know which pathway is right for me?

Start with the question that sounds most like you above — or simply reach out. Tell us where you are, and we'll help you see which path fits. There's no wrong starting point.

Can I do this while working full-time?

Modular, online delivery designed around a working professional's schedule.

Do I need prior coaching experience?

No — ICF Level 1 is foundational; life and professional experience matter most.

What is the PosiQuest ecosystem?

The community of participants, graduates, and partners you join and practice within.

What is the difference between ICF Level 1 and Coach Trainer ICF Level 1?

Level 1 makes you an accredited coach; Coach Trainer prepares you to train and mentor other coaches.

How much does the program cost?

Figures are shared in a personal conversation.

Why must I take Level 1 first if I am already an experienced coach?

Because PosiQuest is not a method you can teach from the outside. Our approach has a distinct philosophy, and to train others in it convincingly, you first experience it from within. Level 1 is not a repeat of your existing knowledge — it is how you come to embody the specific approach you will later teach.

Is this another certification-led program?

No. The focus is mastery, identity, and professional evolution — not adding another qualification to your bio. The ICF-accredited pathway provides a recognized framework, but what you are actually building is a coaching philosophy, a professional voice, and the capacity to develop other coaches.

How is this different from other coaching schools?

Most advanced coaching education focuses on technique and method. Very few programs work at the level of coaching identity and presence — and fewer still offer a structured, accredited pathway from practitioner to certified coach trainer. The integration of ancient wisdom, positive psychology, and a complete Level 1 to Trainer pathway is rare in this market.

What income pathways exist beyond client coaching?

ICF-accredited routes into mentor coaching, supervision, coach assessor roles, and certified coach trainer positions. These represent a structural expansion of your professional and financial model — beyond selling your time one client at a time.

Will this survive beyond the workshop?

That is exactly why PosiQuest is built as an ecosystem, not an event — with reinforcement, practice, and internal capability designed to outlast the program itself.

Will leaders actually change behavior — or just enjoy it?

The modular structure creates space for application and behavioral integration between sessions, so change transfers into the workplace rather than fading after a good day out.

How do I justify this investment internally?

We help you build the business case — measurable indicators, an executive summary, and a clear internal narrative so you can defend this upward, to the board and the CFO.

Will employees see this as authentic — or another HR initiative?

Because it changes how leaders actually behave day to day — not a launch event, but a visible, lived shift in how people are led.

Will this connect to our business strategy — or run alongside it?

We start from what your business is trying to achieve, then build the leadership behaviors that move those specific outcomes — so coaching becomes part of how strategy gets delivered, not a parallel activity.

Why would this work when other programs haven't?

Most programs end at the workshop — insight without integration. PosiQuest is built around what makes coaching actually stick: an ecosystem of practice, feedback, and reinforcement, grounded in ICF standards and evidence-based methodology rather than a one-off event.
