Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes. The program is delivered in focused modules with live online sessions, designed to fit around a working professional's schedule. Most participants continue in their current role while they train.
Do I need prior coaching experience?
No. ICF Level 1 is a foundational program. What matters more is your life and professional experience — the instinct to listen, guide, and develop others. We meet you where you are.
Is the certification recognized internationally?
Yes. PosiQuest is ICF-accredited, and the ICF credential is recognized in 120+ countries — wherever your career takes you.
Will my experience count — or am I starting over?
It counts more than anything. PosiQuest is built for people who bring decades of life and professional wisdom. You're not starting over — you're turning the experience you already have into a new profession.
I'm already an experienced coach — is this just more techniques?
No. If you're already accredited, the Coach Trainer Pathway is about depth, not more technique — evolving from serving clients to mentoring, training, and developing other coaches. It's a different chapter, not a repeat of Level 1.
