Coach Trainer Program
The Coach Trainer Pathway is for seasoned coaches ready to magnify their impact by teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of coaches.
This program is not simply about transferring knowledge. It's about stepping into a deeper form of leadership: one that empowers others to find their voice, trust their inner guidance, and serve with authenticity.
Empower the next wave of coaches.
Our pathway blends advanced facilitation skills, adult learning theory, advanced coaching frameworks, and experiential design principles. You will learn how to hold group learning spaces that are alive, inclusive, and transformative.
You will deepen your capacity to mentor emerging coaches individually, helping them refine their craft while honoring their unique style. You will sharpen your own coaching and leadership skills, stepping fully into the role of teacher, guide, and catalyst for systemic change.
By the end of these five 2-day modules, you'll be certified not only as a Coach Trainer, but as a trusted voice who grows communities of impact.
